The Thursday Network offers four distinct membership types, open to professionals in the Greater Washington D.C. metropolitan area. This includes general, student, alumni, and junior membership. General MembershipGeneral Membership is open year-round to young professionals ages 21 to 40. Our multi-faceted, growing community represents a wide range of industries and professions throughout the Greater Washington, DC area. Members may participate in all TN events, volunteer opportunities, and leadership initiatives while building professional and social connections. They are also eligible to serve on the Executive Leadership Council or the GWUL Advisory Board. Student MembershipStudent Membership is available to individuals ages 18 to 40 who are currently enrolled part-time or full-time in a college, university, or post-secondary institution. Applicants must submit a screenshot of their current class schedule and/or their unofficial transcript to the Membership Chair at membership@thursdaynetwork.org. Please DO NOT SUMBIT PAYMENT until your proof of enrollment is approved. Student Members may participate in TN events and volunteer opportunities but are ineligible to serve on the Executive Leadership Council or the GWUL Advisory Board. Alumni MembershipAlumni Membership is available to individuals ages 41 to 45 who are also active members of our auxiliary, The GUILD. Alumni Members may continue participating in Thursday events and networking opportunities, but are ineligible to serve on the Executive Leadership Council and the GWUL Advisory Board. JUNIOR MEMBERSHIP Junior Membership is open to young professionals ages 18-20. Junior members may participate in volunteer opportunities and most TN events, excluding events where alcohol is present, but are ineligible to serve on the Executive Leadership Council and the GWUL Advisory Board. |
